Education

The handling dangerous goods must by law be trained. Below is a description of the different requirements of the four regulations sets, depending on the task and transport. We offer these courses but also courses specifically tailored to your company’s needs. Contact us for more information about our programs!

Den som hanterar farligt gods ska enligt lag vara utbildad. Nedan följer en beskrivning över vilka olika krav de fyra regelverken ställer, beroende på arbetsuppgift och transportslag. Regulatory frameworks training requirements

ADR – …………………………..

ADR – DRIVER EDUCATION   All drivers must hold the ADR driver’s license to be competent to carry full dangerous goods shipments. The card is obtained by completing the course and passing writing. The validity of 5 years, then the required refresher training. training:

• Basic class 2-6 and 8-9
• Special Class 1
• Special Class 7
• Tank
• Refresher courses for the above training is required every 5 years.

Samtliga chaufförer ska inneha ADR körkort för att vara behöriga att transportera fullvärdiga farligt gods sändningar. Kortet erhålls efter genomförd kurs och godkänd skrivning. Giltigheten är 5 år, därefter krävs repetitionsutbildning. Utbildningar:

• Grund klass 2-6 och 8-9
• Special klass 1
• Special klass 7
• Tank
• Repetitionskurser för ovanstående utbildningar krävs vart 5:e år.

KAPITEL 1.3 Education All those involved in dangerous goods handling must have the minimum education, except ADR drivers. Training depends e.g. consignors, freight forwarders, terminal workers, drivers who value calculated amount. After the training received a training certificate. Training content:

• General training
• Function-specific training
• Security-specific training

Samtliga som är involverade i farligt gods hantering skall ha denna minimiutbildning, undantaget ADR-chaufförer. Utbildningen berör t.ex. avsändare, speditörer, terminalarbetare, chaufförer som kör värdeberäknad mängd. Efter genomgången utbildning erhålls ett utbildningsintyg. Utbildningens innehåll:

•  Allmän utbildning
•  Funktionsspecifik utbildning
•  Säkerhetsspecifik utbildning

IMDG – sjö kräver:

KAPITEL 1.3 EDUCATION  The contents of this corresponds to the requirements of Chapter 1.3 ADR, but with emphasis on nautical rules.

RID – järnväg kräver:

KAPITEL 1.3 EDUCATION  The contents of this corresponds to the requirements of Chapter 1.3 ADR, but with a focus on railway regulations.

DGR – flyg kräver:

IATA-DGR EDUCATION All consignors and freight forwarders shall in principle have 2 people / offices IATA DGR certified. AWARENESS TRAINING All other staff must undergo Awareness training according to DGR 1.5.2. The contents of this corresponds to the requirements of Chapter 1.3 ADR, but with a focus on air rules.

Alla avsändare samt speditörer skall som grundregel ha 2 personer/kontor som är IATA-DGR certifierade. AWARENESS UTBILDNING All övrig personal skall genomgå en Awareness utbildning enligt 1.5.2 DGR. Innehållet i denna motsvarar de krav som finns i kapitel 1.3 ADR, men med inriktning på flygregler.

Security – Flyg

All freight forwarders and airport terminals to be approved by the Security Transport Agency. To obtain approval, each company to develop security procedures, which must be approved by the Swedish Transport Agency. These practices should then be well implemented in the company’s staff. We can help, both with the development of security procedures and personnel training.

Samtliga Speditörer och flygplatsterminaler ska vara Security godkända av Transportstyrelsen. För att erhålla ett godkännande måste respektive bolag ta fram Security rutiner vilka ska godkännas av Transportstyrelsen. Dessa rutiner ska sedan vara väl implementerade hos företagets personal. Vi kan hjälpa till, både med framtagande av Security rutiner samt utbildning av personal.
